Flat Type A
- Kitchen layout change including boiler position change
- Removal of kitchen store cupboard from open plan layout
- Window width reduced in kitchen. Option to extend depth added.
- Window width increased in bedroom 2
- External gas riser option added
- Ground floor bin/bike store alternative added
- Kitchen and bedroom 2 radiators moved
Flat Type B
- Footprint & layout amended to accommodate lift shaft for stair core
- Ventilation duct route amended & fire collar added where passing through structural partition (ground and mid floors)
- External gas riser option added
- Ground floor bin/bike store & front entry alternative added
- Living room and bedroom radiators moved
Flat Type C
- Open plan layout option added
- Loadbearing partitions adjusted to line through. Loadbearing and racking walls at North & South of kitchen swapped to allow open plan option – underbuilds adjusted to suit

- Kitchen layout altered and boiler moved. Radiator swapped to kickspace heater (compartmentalised only)
