Angus Council Building Standards delighted to receive the first LABSS Award for Customer Services Excellence

Len Murray Building Standards Manager at Angus Councilwas delighted to receive the inaugural LABSS Team Award for Customer Services Excellence on behalf of his building standards team, his admin team and support staff at Angus Council. This LABSS Award is, in fact, one of many which the team at Angus Council have gained in recent years in recognition of their service delivery and their interaction with their customers. LABSS outgoing Chair Raymond Barlow praised Len and his team for their success and cited the team as an exemplar for other building standards services in Scotland.  
There was enthusiastic applause from their peers and colleagues in LABSS when this well deserved award was presented.
