LABSS Re-issue an Information Paper on Procedures for extending expired warrants for Scottish Gas

THIS IS A RE-ISSUE OF A 2013 LABSS INFORMATION PAPER
Scottish Gas is working on closing down building warrant works, by having completion certificates accepted, on a backlog of expired warrants across all 32 Councils in Scotland. In the main, all work has already been completed within the live warrant period (3 year), albeit without a completion certificate having been submitted during that 3 year period. Scottish Gas is requesting a consistent procedure adopted by all 32 authorities to allow a completion certificate to be accepted.
