Springfield Properties plc seek STAS Approval for 16 House Types with Dundee City Council appointed as Lead Authority

Dundee City Council will lead the assessment and approval of 16 unique house types for Springfield Properties plc comprising 2 - 2 bedroom; 5 - 3 bedroom; 8 - 4 bedroom and 1 - 5 bedroom dwellings with a mixture of detached, semi-detached and terraced houses.
