LABSSRD23D WARMWORKS WETHERBY TIMBER FRAME EXTERNAL WALL INSULATION SYSTEMS

The Epsitec EWI System is an external wall insulation system mechanically fixed using cavity spacer rails to a sheathed timber frame substrate.  The system consists of either EPS, EpsiTherm (enhanced EPS) or Phenolic insulation with a reinforced basecoat and silicone textured finish.  It is suitable for use on the external walls of new and existing domestic and non-domestic buildings.Substrates applicable: Steel frame substrates sheathed in a suitable sheathing board or existing cladding.

EWS531B - ALUTHERMO ROOFREFLEX

This is an assessment of Aluthermo Roofreflex® which is a reflective breather membrane, insulating both thermally and acoustically. Hydrophobic but highly vapour permeable (H.P.V.), it is composed of a reflective geotextile, combined with an insulating 37 mm thick layer of stable, hydrophobic and self-extinguishing polyester fibre. In comparison to the existing roof membranes guaranteeing only water tightness, Aluthermo Roofreflex® also reduces heat loss by combining reflective and low conduction insulation.

EWS531A - ALUTHERMO OPTIMA

This is an assessment of Aluthermo Optima® which is a combined reflective and insulating multi-foil. Aluthermo Optima® is a high performance insulation system with a reduced thickness that efficiently acts on all modes of heat and noise transfer. Aluthermo Optima® is composed of two layers of pure 30 microns thick aluminium, polished and treated against oxidation, separated by two layers of air bubbles placed in a honeycomb structure and enclosed in selfextinguishing polyethylene film.
